About the role

Target is seeking seasonal specialists who provide tailored suggestions, active selling, and compelling visual merchandising to inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal roles focus on guest experience, product availability, accurate pricing, and efficient store operations.

Requirements and Skills

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Accurate cash register operations
• Comfort climbing ladders and safely moving merchandise, including lifting up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.
