Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, welcome and thank guests, ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed, and support store operations and efficiency.
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
