Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

About the Role

Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, seasonal service & engagement focusing on guest interaction, and seasonal general merchandise & food sales ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guest‑first service, welcoming and assisting guests throughout the store.
  • Execute active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
  • Maintain product placement, stock levels, pricing, and signage on the sales floor.
  • Handle cash register operations accurately.
  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.
