Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. At Target we believe team members gain meaningful experiences that help build skills for a career, including knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience in retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank guests, providing service that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor
• Handle cash register operations accurately
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
• Climb ladders as needed
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and business priorities

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a fun and energetic team environment
• Excited to provide service that delights guests
• Comfortable with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays (not a Monday‑Friday desk job)

Schedule

Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance is required.
