About the role

Seasonal positions at Target focus on delivering a guest‑first experience through active selling, visual merchandising, and efficient store operations. Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.75 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery.
• Ensure merchandise is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
