Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance required.

About the role

Working at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. Seasonal specialty sales roles involve tailored suggestions, active selling, and visual merchandising. Seasonal service & engagement focuses on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal general merchandise & food sales ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

These roles provide knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Climb up and down ladders safely.
  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
