Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
  • Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery.
  • Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
  • Handle cash register operations accurately.
  • Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.25 USD per hour.
