Responsibilities

• Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Seasonal Service & Engagement: Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent guest experience.
• Gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Gain experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Requirements

Working in a fun and energetic environment makes you excited; you work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests. Providing service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!” excites you. You enjoy stocking, setting, and selling Target products and prefer not to be in a Monday‑through‑Friday desk job, being comfortable with busy days, especially weekends.
