Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering guest service, and ensuring product availability, pricing, and presentation. Responsibilities
- Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor
- Maintain accurate pricing and signage
- Ensure products are in‑stock and properly presented
- Provide guest service that exceeds expectations and resolves questions on the spot
- Support visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests
- Execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and business priorities
Requirements
- Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable climbing ladders and handling merchandise safely
- Accurate cash register operations

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour. Pay range: $17.50 – $26.25 USD per hour.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) with regular attendance required.
