Starting hourly rate: $19.00 USD per hour.

Seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal service & engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while seasonal general merchandise & food sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
These positions offer knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals, experience with retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and the chance to execute daily/weekly workloads that support business priorities and sales goals.

Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
- Accurate handling of cash register operations
- Physical ability to climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 lb
Schedule
Flexible work schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance expected.
