Seasonal Grain Production Worker

About the Role

This position involves operating and maintaining grain facility equipment, including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, as well as managing grain ground piles. It requires performing basic maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle grain operations and equipment care
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support team activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in diverse conditions, including outdoor environments with PPE
• Comfort working at heights of 4 feet or more

Preferred Attributes

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with advance notice

Pay

$20/hour with a $2000 sign-on bonus.
