Grain Production Worker - Seasonal

About the role

This temporary/part-time position is within our Ag & Trading enterprise, focusing on facility operations, equipment maintenance, and customer service in a grain handling environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility operations such as receiving and shipping grain products
• Conduct basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members
• Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.) with the use of Personal Prote Equipment (PPE)

• Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Pay

$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr depending on experience
