Grain Production Worker - Seasonal

Role Overview

This position involves performing facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks and rail cars, handling grain ground piles, and conducting basic equipment maintenance. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and care for equipment to support facility functions
• Engage with team members and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe workspace
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, climbing, and working in various conditions
• Support other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Basic computer skills
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including working outdoors and at heights
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
