Job Summary

The General Production role supports the manufacturing of high-quality cheese products. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment while ensuring all processes meet company, quality, and regulatory standards.

Physical Demands And Work Conditions

• Regular lifting and moving of objects weighing between 20–50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold)
• High humidity
• Loud machinery

Hours & Schedule

• Shifts: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Schedule: 2/2/3 Schedule, meaning you do work every other weekend.

Pay

• Pay Starting at $21.67-22.89/hour
• Pay Premiums: $3.00 per hour for night shift hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• $2.25 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
