Hours & Schedule

• Shifts: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Schedule: 2/2/3 Schedule

Pay

• Starting at $21.67-22.89/hour
• Pay Premiums: $3.00 per hour for night shift hours ($6.00-$6.39/hour)
• $2.25 per hour for weekend shifts ($4.40-$4.74/hour)

Job Summary

The General Production role supports the manufacturing of high-quality cheese products. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment while ensuring all processes meet company, quality, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of production processes, make independent decisions that impact product quality, and contribute to efficient plant operations.

What you need to be considered for the role

• A High School or GED diploma
• Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

• Regular lifting and moving of objects weighing between 20–50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold)
• High humidity
• Loud machinery
