Seasonal: General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking) (T1373)

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting and selling Target products
• Providing service to guests that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
• Learning and adapting to current technology needs
• Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
• Paying attention to detail and following multi‑step processes
• Accurately handling cash register operations
• Climbing up and down ladders
• Scanning, handling and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Maintaining a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.00 USD per hour. Pay range: $18.00 USD – $27.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance required.
