About the role
The Seasonal General Maintenance position at Baldwinschool is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to keep the school facilities in good working order.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of school grounds and buildings
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Experience in general maintenance or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of basic building systems and equipment
Skills
- Basic carpentry and plumbing skills
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
