Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics is evolving rapidly, aiming to get products to guests faster than ever. A role in a Supply Chain Facility involves supporting the swift movement of products to ensure thousands of team members and guests benefit.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Attend safety trainings to learn safe practices in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
- Accurately process merchandise to stores and guests.
- Handle freight and move inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
- Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and promptly.
- Solve problems to support continuous improvement.
- Work independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Able to accurately use basic math skills, read labels, tickets, and product documentation.
- Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices after receiving training.
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
- Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.

Pay
Starting hourly rates for Warehouse Worker and Warehouse Associate roles are $25.00 and $22.30 respectively, with a potential shift differential ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour.
Schedule
Shifts available include Sunday, Monday, Saturday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30 PM - 1:45 AM, and Sunday, Monday, Saturday 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM.
