Shift

Weekends and Holidays required. Days off during the week. Seasonal End Date: November 1, 2026

Essential Duties And Tasks

• Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service
• Assists guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions
• Performs food-handling, food preparation, and service duties
• Periodic bar service coverage
• Answers questions relating to all F&B products
• Any other tasks that may be assigned

Education and/or Experience

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Cash-handling experience preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• ServSafe certification preferred

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn how to operate a cash register and cash handling processes
• Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries
• Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using a cash register
• Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills
• Must have comprehensive menu knowledge
• Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language
• Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment
