Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist (Warehouse Team Uniforms)

About the role

The Home of Passionate Soccer Fans, Soccer Post is a rapidly expanding sports company dedicated to fueling the passion of soccer fans. This seasonal role runs from March through mid-September.

Responsibilities

• Swiftly and accurately handle all outgoing product shipments.
• Pick, pack, and document orders with speed and precision.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure items are accounted for and undamaged.
• Lead in stocking, organizing, and maintaining a clean warehouse.
• Identify and correct inventory discrepancies proactively.
• Assist with general maintenance and cleaning to keep the workspace safe and productive.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures.
• Be prepared to cross-train and master all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Support the team's success by performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Proven experience in order fulfillment.
• Experience using modern warehouse tools such as tablets, scanners, and inventory software.
• A basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, and carry for extended periods.
• Capable of moving, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Effective reading and writing skills in English.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 - $17 per hour.
