About the role

The Home of Passionate Soccer Fans, Soccer Post is a leading retailer and the largest soccer specialty store in the country. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, organized environment and is passionate about quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and document orders with speed and accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure items are accounted for and undamaged.
• Stock, organize, and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space.
• Identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Participate in general maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures.
• Be prepared to cross-train and learn all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Support the team's success by performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse fulfillment experience.
• Ability to train others.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Experience using modern warehouse tools such as tablets, scanners, and inventory software.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
• Able to stand, walk, lift, reach, and carry for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
