Responsibilities

• Support store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Play a key role in customer interactions, greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care.
• Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders.
• Contribute to operational excellence, impacting both customer satisfaction and store performance.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture, adaptable to changing priorities, and great with team dynamics.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Reaching, including above eye level.
• Closing vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
