Seasonal Front-End Associate

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between the store and the Front End department.
• Maintains cash controls and ensures accurate financial reporting.
• Trains and develops team members to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Manages safety and sanitation standards within the department.
• Executes product recalls and ensures safe handling of all products.
• Reports and addresses safety risks and incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 0-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work in various environmental conditions.
