Seasonal Dry Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Sorts, processes and finishes Guest Clothing and Employee Uniforms to exacting standards.
• Tags Guest items, sorts for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature.
• Once processed, folds or hangs the clothing as desired.
• Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature.
• Once processed, hangs and transports clean uniforms to Housekeeping.
• Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron.
• Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.

Requirements

Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and maintain laundry equipment.
• Knowledge of proper garment care and handling techniques.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

First 9 months: $25.52 (80% of contract rate)

Next 9 months: $28.71 (90% of contract rate)
