Seasonal Driver (Full Time and Part Time Available)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and create a memorable first impression.
• Pick up and deliver guest luggage between rooms and vehicles, keeping work areas and vehicles clean and organized.
• Valet guest vehicles with care, professionalism, and attention to safety.
• Deliver packages, faxes, prescriptions, and perform errands for guests, including outgoing and incoming mail handling.
• Aid in safe guest transportation between the property, airports, train/bus stations, and local hotels, ensuring comfort and providing information about the property and surroundings.
• Cope with seamless arrivals and departures by coordinating luggage pick-up, delivery, and other guest needs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to operate a standard shift vehicle is necessary.
• Three to five years of prior experience in a similar role are preferred.
• Previous resort experience is preferred; knowledge of the Berkshires is desired.
• Proficiency with Windows operating system is required.
• Physical ability to lift guest luggage as needed is essential.
• Excellent customer service abilities are required.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $18.72 / hour
