About the role

Krispy Kreme’s Doughnut Makers have one of the most critical roles within our shops. You are responsible for making our iconic doughnuts while ensuring a level of quality that meets Krispy Kreme standards and satisfying our customers. You will prepare the dough, the yeast brew, the glaze, and the fillings, and receive full training to become a key member of the team. The position is seasonal, with a flexible staffing model to support peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production – brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts.
• Record keeping of times and temperatures for all products to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards within the production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Professional presentation, including adherence to uniform standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
