About the role

Since its founding in 1937, Krispy Kreme's focus has remained the same - making fresh doughnuts using our founder's original recipe. The brand's iconic Hot Light lets consumers know when doughnuts are being made in the shop so they can stop in and enjoy them hot, right off the line. Oh, the fun of being a Doughnut Decorator! Our Doughnut Decorators are responsible for decorating and packing doughnuts for our A-Glazing customers. Throughout the day you will monitor the inventory of our doughnuts to ensure our customers have plenty of variety to pick from while also creating a welcoming environment for our customers. During peak seasons, we rely on a flexible, seasonal staffing model to ensure our A-Glazing customers receive friendly, efficient service and a well-maintained store appearance. Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of our doughnuts meet the Krispy Kreme standards. This includes our filling, icing, and toppings.
• Monitor our doughnut case during your shift to ensure we have all varieties available to our customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
