Seasonal Donor Ministries Representative | Aurora, IL

About the role

Are you a gifted communicator? Do you enjoy using your interpersonal skills for the glory of God? Samaritans Purse is seeking detail-oriented and critical-thinking individuals to serve as a Seasonal Donor Ministries Representatives with our Donor Ministries department in Aurora, IL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Develop, maintain, and utilize thorough knowledge of Samaritan's Purse
• Interface with donors and general public
• Make outbound calls
• Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to read and interpret donor requests
• Read, sort, and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process completed outgoing correspondence for the department
• Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team

Requirements

• Four-year college or university program degree or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, insight and professionalism for contact with donors and other departments
• Ability to learn and utilize diverse software (DonorStudio, PayConex, WebServices, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and multiple web browsers)
• Effective written and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to learn and utilize diverse software (DonorStudio, PayConex, WebServices, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and multiple web browsers)
