Pay starts at $13-15 per hour and is dependent upon experience, skill, and assigned outlet.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work area for daily operations by ensuring designated workstations are properly stocked and sanitized.
• Achieves high standards of quality, production, cooperation, and service set by the company for employees, guests, and customers.
• Works cooperatively and effectively with peers and leadership to complete team tasks, serve as back-up for other team members as assigned, and minimize customer service issues.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleans food preparation areas, work surfaces, and dining areas.
• Assists in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen inventory; monitors inventory levels and notifies supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
• Assists in the maintenance and cleaning of the cafeteria and kitchen in compliance with all food safety and hospitality standards of quality.
• Greets customers courteously, answers questions professionally and accurately, and escalates issues to leadership as necessary.
• Works collaboratively with other food service staff (cooks, servers, supervisors) to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service; communicates effectively and assists team members as needed.

Requirements

• 0 – 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage or a related field.
