Responsibilities
- Handles a variety of customer service inquiries and problems received by telephone, fax, email, text or other web/internet media.
- Supports lower level staff on non-standard cases where policy and practice are not formalized or documented and individual case determination may be required.
- Reviews and troubleshoots customer problems and initiates action for repair, replacement return or field service; or refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
- Promotes alternative products or services.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
- Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish, preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk and talk
