Responsibilities

  • Handles a variety of customer service inquiries and problems received by telephone, fax, email, text or other web/internet media.
  • Supports lower level staff on non-standard cases where policy and practice are not formalized or documented and individual case determination may be required.
  • Reviews and troubleshoots customer problems and initiates action for repair, replacement return or field service; or refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
  • Promotes alternative products or services.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications (required)

    • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support
    • High School diploma or GED

    Additional Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
    • Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish, preferred

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk and talk
