About the Role

Facilitate entertainment performances by providing exceptional guest service, assisting performers, and ensuring guest safety and enjoyment. Lead and participate in live shows, engage audiences, and promote facility activities. Assist with guest participation, provide facility information, and maintain equipment. Must accurately portray character roles, work in costumes for extended periods, and handle large groups and children.

Responsibilities

• Support performance setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure safety policies are followed, report hazards, and respond to emergencies
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
• Assist guests, including those with disabilities, and foster positive interactions
• Work in physical environments requiring lifting, movement, and working in costumes
• Follow safety protocols, complete training, and adhere to company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Experience in public performance, acting, or entertainment preferred
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Ability to work in costumes, handle physical tasks, and maintain a positive attitude
