Seasonal CDL Delivery Driver

Responsibilities
- Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
- Unload or assist in unloading trailer by using forklift or hand truck
- Operate semi-truck with one or two trailers, according to state laws
- Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct standard DOT truck inspection
- Complete all company and DOT required paperwork
- Complete shipping bills of lading, receive necessary signatures, and return completed paperwork to shipping office
- Maintain any related records required
- Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, gasoline, and air in tires
- Report any maintenance malfunctions to maintenance department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
- Must have a driving record that meets company standards
- Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Pay
The salary range for this role in Imperial, CA is between $20.00 - $28.75 per hour. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This position is eligible for overtime and any pay elements required under local, state or federal law.
Schedule
Full-time hours throughout the season (40+ hours per week), with busier days during peak season that allows for overtime pay.
