Responsibilities

• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin care industry
• Have excellent esthetics techniques
• Have excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills
• Willing to train in the spa's specific facial treatment offerings
• Must hold and maintain a current Type 6 Esthetics State License
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Learn the product and service knowledge necessary to provide wellness and beauty solutions

Requirements

• One to three years of esthetics experience strongly desirable
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
• Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all guests and co-workers
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Prioritize and organize tasks
• Communicate clearly
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Be a clear thinker, remaining calm, and resolving problems using good judgment
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 6 hours a day
• Must be able to push, pull, tug, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. in the preparation of all treatments and training for treatments

Work Environment

• Work environment is fast-paced, with guest satisfaction as a primary objective
• Must be able to work in an environment where guests are scantily clad or disrobing for services
