About the role

As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while driving sales through personalized styling and product knowledge. You'll help customers build complete looks, introduce them to new arrivals, and bring the Dolls Kill brand to life on the sales floor. This is a seasonal position designed to support increased customer traffic during peak business periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Style complete looks by selling across apparel, footwear, accessories, and statement pieces.
• Drive sales while supporting store goals for UPT, AOV, conversion, and customer reviews.
• Create an elevated fitting room experience through personalized styling recommendations.
• Build strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, recovery, and visual presentation.
• Support shipment processing and maintain sales floor standards.
• Participate in store events, activations, and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, music, nightlife, festival culture, and self-expression.
• Retail, styling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Outgoing personality with confidence approaching and engaging customers.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
