Seasonal Building Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine, repetitive daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior
• Aid in minor building repairs
• Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Report to a maintenance manager all issues
• Perform general grounds keeping on a daily basis; inspect outside area, ensure all areas are kept clean and in a safe condition
• Prepares and paints walls and general custodial duties as required
• Perform other housekeeping and maintenance projects as assigned

Requirements

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work involves frequent periods of standing and walking, which may include climbing ladders
• Work involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching; bending at the waist
• Indoor/outdoor work environment with exposure to weather extremes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
