About the role

Grace Loves Lace, the world leader in innovative, modern bridal, is seeking a passionate Seasonal Bridal Stylist for its Seattle boutique. You will create unforgettable moments for brides‑to‑be, delivering warmth, style, and exceptional service during private appointments. This is a seasonal contract position with training beginning in September 2026 and ending on March 31 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one‑on‑one private styling appointments.
• Deliver an exceptional service experience that goes above and beyond client expectations.
• Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills.
• Strive toward and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador, wearing and showcasing Grace Loves Lace products in the boutique.
• Take accurate individual measurements and up‑style from the accessories and occasional ranges.
• Multi‑task between appointments and follow‑up communications with brides via email and phone using an iPad.
• Commit to extensive product knowledge and continuous learning.
• Work weekends, the boutique’s busiest days, while maintaining a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
• Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities throughout the customer journey.
• Quick learner with the capacity to retain information across a diverse, high‑quality product range.
• High attention to detail and strong multi‑tasking skills.
• Availability to work weekends and flexibility for extra shifts as needed.
• Intermediate IT and administration skills; experience with iPad, MS Office, and data entry (e.g., NetSuite) is advantageous.
• Alignment with Grace Loves Lace’s mission and values.
• Legal work rights in the United States and ability to provide two recent, relevant referees.

Schedule

Friday – Sunday, 3 days per week (approximately 24 hours total). Seasonal contract runs from September 2026 through March 31 2027.
