Seasonal Brand Ambassador

About the role

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
• Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the brand’s policies and procedures.
• Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on all available programs, initiatives, and resources.
• Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing accurate sizing advice and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines and visual techniques.
• Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
• Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
• Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (when required).
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.

Requirements

A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office, lift up to 30 lbs., and perform moderate climbing.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel, operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Skills

Passion for fashion and styling, ability to build positive relationships, and strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
