Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay current on trends and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and counter; refresh signage and pricing; assist with merchandise moves as needed.
- Offer product demonstrations, makeup applications, and skincare recommendations.
- Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have everything they need before leaving.
