Seasonal Bar Porter - The Ritz-Carlton

Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished bar environment and reset tables.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Aid bartenders in ensuring proper service.
• Operate glasswashers and organize glassware.
• Sweep and mop bar areas at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Food Safety training and certification, ServSafe certified.
• Previous experience in similar positions for at least 6 months.
• Minimal hearing.
• Good vision.
• Good speech skills.
• Good literacy and comprehension.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (cases of liquor, glasses, trash, cans).
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items above head.
• Continuous standing for prolonged periods.
