Seasonal - AUSL Bullpen Catcher - Greenville, NC

About the role

The Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) is seeking Bullpen Catchers to support the AUSL Pro Game at the Little League Softball World Series on August 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support the AUSL Pro Game at the Little League Softball World Series on August 5, 2026.
• Perform physical tasks required for the role.
• Fill a critical role for a professional women's softball team.

Requirements

• Experience and familiarity with the game of softball.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours when in season.
• Strong preference for candidates based in the Greenville, NC area.
• Local to the Greenville, NC area and have reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Perform job duties outdoors in summer weather, including exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Stand for duration of each shift (approximately 4 hours) while performing job-related tasks.
• Catch pitches ranging from 60-80mph, with a preference for those with college-level playing experience in the catcher position.

Benefits

• Rate for this position is $15/hour.
• This is a seasonal position, and traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans are not included.
• 1099 Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance coverage.
