- More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail

- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb safely
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
What You Will Achieve
- Manage a team of Brand Associates
- Act as the manager on duty in the store
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Provide a positive customer and employee experience
- Set high store standards reflecting company brand image, values, and culture
- Support company on marketing events and RoboShop business
- Improve sales performance and meet KPIs
- Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives
- Work with Inventory ASM for BOH and warehouse inventory levels
