• More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail

• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb safely
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions

What You Will Achieve

• Manage a team of Brand Associates
• Act as the manager on duty in the store
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Provide a positive customer and employee experience
• Set high store standards reflecting company brand image, values, and culture
• Support company on marketing events and RoboShop business
• Improve sales performance and meet KPIs
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives
• Work with Inventory ASM for BOH and warehouse inventory levels
