Seasonal Accounts Receivable Representative

About the role

This position will be working in our office Monday - Friday, with a tentative end date of October 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Execute residential vacates within 14-day regulatory timeframe, applying all move-out charges against the security deposit with any remaining refund issued via EFT or check
• Process lease administration functions such as move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and adjustments in operating systems with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for both residential and commercial tenants
• Create/withdraw security deposit funds during move-in/out cycle via JPMC ESAP Portal for residents
• Provide high level of customer service to residents via email ticketing system/emails and timely telephone interaction with polite resolution; regular and timely communication updates are required through closure

Requirements

• Basic understanding (2+ years) in Accounts Receivable preferred
• Proven track record of delivering results is required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRI accounting software a plus

Pay

Hourly Rate: $23.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
