About the role

Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal team members also focus on guest experience, ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These positions help build guest‑first skills, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Seasonal Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, or Tech Consultant.
• Welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations.
• Execute visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and drive sales.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed for product placement.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.
