Seasonal roles include Specialty Sales, Service & Engagement, General Merchandise & Food Sales, and other specialty positions such as Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant. These positions focus on providing tailored suggestions, visual merchandising, guest service, operations efficiency, and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and helpful service to guests and team members
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Pay attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes
• Stock, set, and sell Target products
• Perform visual merchandising and active selling to inspire guests
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
• Handle cash register operations accurately
• Climb ladders and safely lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.50 USD per hour.
