ALL ABOUT SEASONAL JOBS: Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles – a sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement – advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales – experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Providing guest service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Maintaining a fun and energetic environment
- Ensuring products are correctly priced, signed, and available on the sales floor
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Capable of working both independently and with a team
- Skill to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders safely
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

Pay
Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.75 USD per hour
Schedule
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
