About the role

Target’s seasonal specialty sales roles are focused on delivering tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates welcome guests, exceed service expectations, and handle guest recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and properly signed, providing a consistent experience for shoppers.

• Physical ability to climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 lb
