Seasonal Service & Engagement focuses on guest experience, while Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest service that encourages repeat visits and positive feedback.
- Stock, set, and sell Target products, including handling merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Climb ladders and move merchandise safely.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
- Engage guests, resolve questions on the spot, and maintain a welcoming attitude.
- Adapt to technology needs and follow multi‑step processes.
Requirements
