Location: Wantable, Inc. - Fulfillment Center 5315 S 3rd Street Milwaukee, WI 53207 This job posting is intended for candidates who are 18 years or older and reside in the state of Wisconsin Schedule: Full-timeMonday-Friday1st Shift hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (starting at $15/per hour) Summary: Wantable is looking for positive and energetic Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associates to pick and pack orders and process returns in our fulfillment center during our busiest time of year: Cozytober! If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can be on your feet walking all day (or night), and enjoys being able to work individually, Wantable is the place for you! The Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, processing returned orders, and assembling boxes for shipping during the fall months as assigned. This position reports to the Fulfillment Center Supervisors. Primary Responsibilities: Read and interpret printed pick tickets, digital packing slips, and RF scanner screens to locate itemsVerify accuracy of item location codes, stock numbers (SKUs), and product descriptionsReview customer information and shipping addresses on labels to ensure accurate delivery routingPick and pack customer ordersAssemble shipping boxesReplenish inventory in picking binsMaintain the work area and equipment in an orderly conditionProcess Reverse Shipments in an efficient mannerUse a handheld scanner to accept items back in their bin locationOther duties as assigned by Fulfillment Center Leadership Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Daily attendance is necessary. This position requires the employee to be on their feet for the majority of the shift. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
