Seasonal - Third Shift Fulfillment Center Associate

Location: Wantable, Inc. - Fulfillment Center, 5315 S 3rd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53207. This position is for candidates who are 18 years or older and reside in Wisconsin.

About the role

Wantable is looking for positive and energetic Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associates to pick and pack orders and process returns in our fulfillment center during our busiest time of year: Cozytober! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can be on your feet walking all day (or night), and prefer working individually, this role is for you. The Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associate reports to the Fulfillment Center Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret printed pick tickets, digital packing slips, and RF scanner screens to locate items
• Verify accuracy of item location codes, stock numbers (SKUs), and product descriptions
• Review customer information and shipping addresses on labels to ensure accurate delivery routing
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Replenish inventory in picking bins
• Maintain the work area and equipment in an orderly condition
• Process Reverse Shipments efficiently
• Use a handheld scanner to accept items back in their bin location
• Other duties as assigned by Fulfillment Center Leadership

Requirements

• Basic literacy skills, including the ability to read, match, and interpret numbers, codes, and words quickly
• Strong attention to detail to detect discrepancies between orders and physical inventory
• Ability to communicate effectively with Fulfillment Center Leadership
• Motivation to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Capacity to work well with others
• Adaptability to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with some required Saturday overtime as needed
• Seasonal assignments overlap with the company blackout period (September 15, 2026–October 16, 2026); time off cannot be requested during this period
• Must maintain a positive attendance record

• Daily attendance is required
• Position requires being on your feet and walking for the majority of the shift
• Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Schedule

Full-time, 3rd shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM.

Pay

Starting at $16 per hour. Regular employees can earn up to $19 per hour based on metrics and performance.
