About the role
As Floor Manager at Seaside, you will lead with exceptional hospitality, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for both employee well-being and financial performance, creating Copenhagen’s best work environment and guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Time management and shift planning
- Maintaining contact with guests and staff
- Ensuring a high-quality guest experience and hospitality
- Handling guest feedback, both positive and negative
- Motivating, guiding, and training staff
- Leading the team and maintaining an overview of daily operations
Requirements
- Flexible, creative, outgoing, and passionate team player
- Willing to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic environment
- Experience in personnel management within hotel or restaurant operations, or at least 2 years of full-time waiter experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and a passion for excellent service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Fluent in Nordic languages and English
